Soldier On is a non-for -profit veteran support organization that works side-by-side with veterans and their families to help secure their future and enable them to thrive and transition into civilian life. The Pledge is a non-binding agreement to support Australian Defence personnel, veterans, and their families, by offering a hand up, not a hand out.
Fingal Bay Sports Club with Ramsgate RSL have made a formal commitment to Soldier On and signed The Pledge 2021 to show their true commitment to providing veteran-supportive recruitment, training and workplace culture at the Club.
Fingal Bay Sports Club joins over 183 corporate and not-for-profit organisations that have formally taken The Soldier On Pledge to support employment of our Defence personnel.
